At LI Group our warehouse/inventory/vendor management team is second to none. They work behind the scenes with our clients and their vendors. LI Group offers warehousing services for our clients during large scale rollouts, refresh projects, new store construction, and ongoing support with fixture replacements. Along with inbound bulk shipment and warehouse fixture and display management, LI Group consolidates materials, builds site-specific shipments, and coordinates delivery to sites according to timelines created in the scope of work. Successfully coordinating all these moving parts over a dispersed geographic region requires a unique blend of strategic human resource planning, asset management, and attention to detail. At LI Group we consolidate vendor delivers, coordinate schedules, and ensure detailed scopes are adhered to for a consistent and desired outcome at every location. Each client receives a personalized reporting dashboard through our Synergy Technology that ensures accuracy and real-time reporting/tracking. LI Group worked with Lend Lease/KFC restaurants across the nation to manage logistics for over 695 locations Lend Lease/KFC utilized the following services from LI Group:

LI Group’s Logistics team over saw the entire project for Lend Lease/KFC from vendor management warehousing inventory and coordinating shipping. The team coordinated pickup of materials from 10 different suppliers for each site. Materials included millwork, seating, lighting, artwork and outdoor awnings. They effectively managed delivery schedules to each site, coordinating up to 8 full truckloads of materials. To ensure success of the project the teams held daily status meetings with client and suppliers to proactively align schedules, resolve issues and ensure tight adherence to SLAs and site completion timeline.

REI has the ability to track inventory and shipments through our customized Synergy portal.

LI Group’s Logistic team continues to work with Life Time to coordinate vendor management, warehousing inventory and coordination of shipping for new clubs and remodels. The team manages inventory from multiple suppliers based on the needs for each location. Materials such as spa equipment, sporting good items, marketing materials, exercise equipment, and café equipment. They effectively manage delivery schedules to each site, coordinating multiple truckloads of materials and organized by department (ex: Café or Spa). Life Time can track real time inventory levels and shipping through our customized Synergy portal.
