As a trusted partner in Starbucks’ M2 Replacement Program, LI Group is managing a large-scale equipment rollout nationwide. This initiative involves replacing legacy M1 espresso machines with upgraded M2 units, ensuring each site is properly prepped, tested, and turned over with minimal disruption to store operations. Our team provides full project oversight, coordination, and installation services to help Starbucks elevate beverage consistency and operational efficiency across its national footprint.

In partnership with Samsung and US Cellular, LI Group executed a rapid SIS (Store-in-Store) refresh. Our team managed the full scope of work, including removal of existing Samsung display units, interior modifications, and installation of new branded tables and fixtures. This was all completed with minimal disruption to store operations. LI Group also handled the freight and direct shipping of Samsung tables to each location, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
